Sometimes I just want a simple dessert that isn’t too sweet and doesn’t take too much time. This is where crock pot applesauce comes into play. The prep time is minimal and I have the option to walk away do other things and comeback to a dessert that has completed itself!
I like my applesauce more on the tart side where as my boyfriend is a fan of the super sweet. He just sweetens his up later with a little brown sugar.
